Passkeys only. 0.x is invite-only, WebAuthn only — no passwords, no email-link auth. Invites are still emailed (the link redeems an enrollment challenge), but the credential is a platform passkey on the user's device, synced via iCloud Keychain or Google Password Manager. The five states cover the entire happy + sad surface: sign in → biometric prompt → (success in dispatcher) or (no-passkey / failed / redeem-enroll).
